We will set up a time that is convenient for you and meet
you at the home. The process is one simple step.
We will direct you to go to the
ORDER
page and fill out the form, agree to the terms and conditions
and ask you to provide us information about the listing so
that we can create a voice over description for you. Then, our
professional camera man, Jim Ortiz, will meet you there
and film the outstanding features of the home. We also offer
the opportunity to put your listing on air by using pictures
alone, for more information on Home tours using pictures and
to see a sample, go to our

page. With our professional editing
department, there will be movement on the photos to make it
look just as nice as using live video.
Depending on the size of the home, it usually only takes
from 30 minutes to 45 minutes of your time. This also
depends on whether you as the agent would like to do an Agent
Intro. Usually filming takes no longer than 45 minutes.

Depending on how close we are to deadline to meet Show
requirements, it will usually take 3-5 days. We
often try to get you your pictures to you within the same day
or next day of scheduled appointment. You
will have a full share of the creative process. You
will be contacted to proof the Voice over Description.
Once approved, we will send to our voice over
talents. Then once edited, you will be contacted
to review the Home Tour online and make whatever changes you
may need and also approve the Home Tour before it goes to
air. Once approved, we will proceed with making your web
page of the Video Home Tour and then it will be ready to

Yes. We are offering this to anyone
who would like to market their real estate. Even agents or
builders outside the coverage area can showcase their
listing on our show or order a video/picture tour that can be
used for the web.
For 4 weeks on KCPN, Channel 7,
Saturday and Sundays at 9AM. Your video tour will air 1 time
during our 30 minute show, unless you buy an additional time
slot. Please call for a price quote if you would like
your Video Home tour to run more than once. There is no
contracts or obligation to keep it on air and you will be
contacted shortly before next show airs to see if you would
like to continue the ad.
We are targeting all homes, any type of price range, that will look nice on
television. We will have the homes on our show listed
according to towns and areas.
There have been times that WE have looked
and searched for a home to buy online. Many times, we
could NOT get enough information about the home that made
the home seem satisfying enough to even consider
buying. As a homeowner, I love the thought of
seeing an agent in front of me with a live video to see who
I'm going to be working with. Also, hearing about the
home makes the home come alive! With it on television,
I can watch the program that shows all homes for sale in the

Virtual Tours have been a great listing
tool, however, distorts the rooms and yes gives the
homeowner an idea of what they are looking at, but is
nothing compared to live video with a Professional Voice
over describing the home. We are in the 21st
century and technology has helped realtors tremendously, and
