BELOW is a REVIEW of what will OCCUR.
You will have a full share of the creative process.

1. If we haven't already filmed for you in the past, it would be helpful if you would email your company logo and picture to: emma@amarillohomes.tv    

2. Please note that many realtors have not complied in a timely manner and because we are on a PRODUCTION DEADLINE, we have been forced to replace their Home Tour because of lack of cooperation.  The faster you comply, the faster we can edit and complete.

3. PLEASE CALL PREFERABLY 24 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS.

4. WHEN RETV ARRIVES.  Please make sure that the home is in order as RETV is not responsible for moving furniture of any kind.  Make sure the vehicles are not in the driveway or any other obstructions; otherwise it will be included on the video.  Please make sure your client's pet(s) are put away.

5. Typically Jim, who is the camera man will shoot as many shots as needed of the home.  Many times, Jim is on a STRICT time schedule, please do not allow the homeowner(s) or anyone else to manipulate the camera man's time since he is a trained professional and knows exactly what shots to take. 

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?  The camera man will be filming at the home at a maximum of 45 minutes.  He will also take digital pictures at the time of filming.

7. AGENT INTRO is OPTIONAL.  If you are an agent introducing a home or in front of the camera, please make sure you are dressed appropriately.  White or black T-Shirts is not recommended for filming.  Have a script, Have a script Have a script!!!  Having a script will make the experience go much smoother for everyone.  You can see samples scripts:  CLICK HERE!!!!  For your convenience, please revise the script and fill the form or email it to emma@amarillohomes.tv  so that we can provide a cue card at the time of filming.

8. VOICE OVER SCRIPT PROOF:  WE CREATE THE VOICE OVER DESCRIPTION FOR YOU!   As soon as you send me more information such as an MLS and/or listing flyer that you can email or fax to us, we will create a Voice Over Description of the property.  As soon as the script is written, we will fax or email you a PROOF to approve.  It would be helpful if you would mention features of the listing to be showcased.  It is important that you approve or make changes within 24 hours so that we can proceed with editing your Video Home Tour.  ONCE THE PROOF is APPROVED, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE!  Real Estate TV of Amarillo reserves the right to edit copy as needed to fit the appropriate length of 1 minute.

9. HOME TOUR PRODUCTION APPROVAL:  Once the Video Home Tour is edited and complete, you will be notified to review the Video Home Tour on our website.  You will be provided a link to go review the Video Home Tour.  At that time you are notified, you will receive a production approval by email and you can approve online.   Please reply within 48 hours with your approval.  Real Estate TV of Amarillo reserves the right to edit copy as needed to fit the appropriate length of 1 minute.

10. YOU WILL RECEIVE:  Link to the Video Home Tour to put on your website,  A webpage with the Video Home Tour,  Digital Pictures of the Property,  Link to Realtor.com (with Conditions), and with the $99 Video Tour, Advertisement on the Real Estate TV of Amarillo Show for an entire month.
