Professional Sign Post Installation

Welcome to the Texas Panhandle's premier professional real estate sign post installation service. Providing service to all of Amarillo and Canyon as well as some surrounding areas.

What We Do

Provide time-efficient post service for real estate agents on residential properties.

How We Do It

The sign post service includes storing, installation and removal of real estate agents' signs for a flat fee. The installation is completed within 24 hours* after the request is made.

* May take longer than 24 hours if listing is outside our normal service area.

Service Area	Normal service area covers all of Amarillo and Canyon. _________________________
Outside the Service Area	Anything outside of the Amarillo/Canyon city limits including: Bushland, Lake Tanglewood, River Falls _________________________
Reset/Relocation	Resetting a post after installing at the location you originally specified, requires a trip charge to go back and re-install at a new location _________________________
Trip Charge	We require the right information needed to install a post the first time to avoid a second trip back. If we are at fault for an incorrect install, we will gladly correct our mistake at no extra charge. However, if we did indeed make the correct installation, a trip charge will be charged for our services and time. _________________________
Flyer/Brochure Box	We can provide the rental of a flyer/brochure box for the duration of the sign post installation. _________________________
Refusal by Owner/Tenant	We will only install, place and remove the posts and signs that you requested. When the owner or tenant of the property refuses to allow us to perform services, we will not jeopardize any damage to our material or posts by installing as requested. There will be a refusal charge for the first install attempt. _________________________
Extended Listing Post Rental	In order to keep inventory overhead down, we will charge a flat fee for any post or materials that remain at an installation more than 6 months. _________________________

TERMS and AGREEMENT:
We will install a real estate sign and post in a pre-selected location within 24 hours of your request via phone, fax, or on-line submission with your authorized permission. Broker/Agent will provide us with the pre-made signs. The installed sign will remain on the property for the duration of the listing contract. If property is sold prior to the maturity date of the listing contract, broker/Realtor should request a removal to remove the sign from the property. On every installation request, broker/agent must indicate the sign to be installed, location and directions to the property. Our billing resolves on a thirty-day basis, at which time full payment is due. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $15 late fee will be charged to the broker/agent. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please advise us, we are constantly in search of ways to better our service to our clients. If by chance you want to stop doing business with us, please arrange to have your signs picked up at your earliest convenience.
